Description of Service

Brand Stack provides a dropshipping platform that connects merchants with premium jewelry products. Our service includes inventory management, order fulfillment, 1-day shipping from USA warehouses, and Shopify integration.

Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Maintain a professional Shopify store
• Handle customer service for your end customers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our products and brand guidelines appropriately

Pricing and Payment

Wholesale pricing is provided to approved merchants. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Order Fulfillment

We strive to fulfill orders within 24 hours and provide 1-day shipping. While we maintain high fulfillment rates, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective products. Merchants are responsible for handling returns with their customers and coordinating with Brand Stack for product issues.

Limitation of Liability

Brand Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
